Skills Evaluation

Coaching Skills Evaluation is one of the main functionalities of Pitcher Coaching. During a Skills Evaluation, the individual competency level of the Coachee is evaluated by both the Coach and Coachee. Based on that, focus areas and key actions are identified.

You can see what the Coach Console or the Coachee Console looks like from the Pitcher Impact application.

Overview

  • Either Coach or Coachee can initiate a Skills Evaluation.

  • When a Coachee starts their skills evaluation, they provide a rating of their skills.

  • The Coach can then review the Coachee's assessment and provide feedback to the Coachee by reviewing and acknowledging.

  • The competencies assessed are based on model-specific for country or region.

  • The coach or Coachee should repeat the Skills Evaluation every 6-12 months (or according to local guidance).
