Skills Evaluation - Rating Scales

The rating scale is used for different competencies by the Coachee during self-evaluation of their skills.

• Each competency level has its description on its rating scale.

• The rating for Skills Evaluation can be different for each region/country. For example, the rating scale for Europe has the ratings like "Thought Leader", "Advanced", "Intermediate", "Fundamental", and "Not yet demonstrated". Further, you may notice the variation in the number of skills per region/country.

• After Skills Evaluation has been completed for a Coachee, they can view their scores by recent Coach evaluation from the "Skills Evaluation Overview" tile on the right-side of their Coachee console.
