Skills Evaluation - Statuses

Now, let's explore the different statuses of Skills Evaluation:

1. Draft: The draft status of the Skills Evaluation when Skills Evaluation has been initiated/started and saved but not submitted by the initiator.

2. Pending Input: When the Skill Evaluation is completed by the Coach or Coachee and input from the other is pending.

3. Pending Confirmation: When the evaluation is completed by either the Coach or Coachee, the finalization or confirmation is pending from the other.

4. Confirmed: The Confirmed status appears once the Coach or Coachee has opened and reviewed the assessment from the assignor and clicked the "Acknowledge Coaching" button.
