Missions Configuration and Management

This document is intended for a Key Account Manager (KAM) or a Salesforce Business Admin.

What are Missions?

Instore Missions help sales representatives execute trade promotions, trade initiatives, and other marketing-related operations in customer stores. As a Key Account Manager (KAM) or Business Admin, you can configure Mission details, content, and allocation within Salesforce.

Some examples where missions can be helpful:

  • Perform A/B testing on different promotion strategies.

  • Contacting new prospects or existing customers.

  • Strategically roll out new Product Promotions to select customers.

  • Customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Brand awareness questionnaires.
