Calls Management in Impact

Using Impact, users can plan and execute four types of calls:

  1. Detailed Calls created via detailed planning

  2. Quick Calls created via quick planning

  3. Unplanned Calls

  4. Quick Start Calls

Besides Calls planning and execution, some instances also allow users and account management via Call planning. The section describes various features such as new account and user creation and route optimization.

The Impact application is an agnostic tool, and every instance can be different from others in terms of UI. However, core principles remain the same for almost all the instances, except otherwise customized as per the customers.
