Instore Accounts
Instore Accounts represent a customer account that can include Missions, Tasks, and Visits. A Sales Rep. can access their assigned customer accounts to access all customer-related information for Instore.
What does an Account contain?
A customer account contains the following features/objects:
Accessing Accounts
The Accounts view changes based on whether the Sales rep. is engaged in active customer interaction.
Account Console (During active customer interaction)
During a dynamic customer interaction, the Sales rep. is directly taken to the customer’s account console, and only the active customer’s account details are displayed in the Pitcher Impact application.

Territory Console (When not in an active customer interaction)
When the sales rep is not engaged in any active customer interactions, they can access the territory console to view a list of all customer accounts assigned to them. Clicking on any customer account brings up the detail screen similar to the account console.
