Zero Cards and Accounts Management in Windows
Introduction
Pitcher Zero Cards allows the users to see the list of all accounts and their contacts. With Zero Cards users can access information related to customer accounts such as account details, financial details, address, call frequency and so on. User can create a new account or edit the existing accounts and their contacts.
By default the Zero Cards can be accessed by planning a Detailed Call and login to CRM.

Important: Detailed Call might not be needed to open Zero Cards always. In some customer instances Zero Cards can be accessed without planning a call and depends upon the UI of the instance.
Search and Select Accounts
1. User can search or select from the list of accounts inside the list of cities.

2. Click on information icon and the Zero Cards will open.

3. Zero Cards contains the following tabs:
Details - The Details tab shows the Account information. The Account page layout will be pushed over to Pitcher and the same fields will be shown here as the online CRM account pages. The Account fields might contain information such as Account Information, Financial Details, Address Information, Call Frequency etc.

Zero Card Details Tab
Related - Related tab fields are pushed to the instance from the CRM. Hence the fields will be similar to the fields in the CRM and may vary from instance to instance. The fields might contain information such as Pitcher Affiliations (Account), Pitcher Affiliations (Child Account), Contacts, Cases, Opportunities etc.
Important - The related fields may vary from instance to instance. These fields are pushed from CRM to the instance. The fields shown below are for reference only.

Extras - The Extras tab fields are customized and varies from instance to instance. Extra tab is the custom part of the cards popup. Extras tab may not exist for many instance. If the Extras tab is available in your implementation, there will be custom modules accessible with the buttons. These extra modules may be an integrated system, an interactive content or an entirely different app. Please reach out to your project teams for detailed information about Extras. The tab fields may contain information like Sales Report, Tableau Demo Visualization, Account Insights, Collect Signature etc.
