On-the-Job Evaluation - Roles of Coach and the Coachee

Let's look at the roles or the activities performed by a Coach or Coachee during a Skill Evaluation:

Coach

  • Provide feedback evaluating the Coachee's interaction with customers.

  • Assign Actions to either themselves or Coachees.

Coachee

  • Add Coach to active customer interactions (in Calendar).

  • Review Coach feedback and complete Actinons.

The Coach can also be a Coachee. Their manager can do their evaluation.

Unlike the Skills Evaluation, the On-the-Job Evaluation is one of the daily responsibilities of the Coach/FLM.
