On-the-Job Evaluation - Roles of Coach and the Coachee
Let's look at the roles or the activities performed by a Coach or Coachee during a Skill Evaluation:
Coach
Provide feedback evaluating the Coachee's interaction with customers.
Assign Actions to either themselves or Coachees.
Coachee
Add Coach to active customer interactions (in Calendar).
Review Coach feedback and complete Actinons.
The Coach can also be a Coachee. Their manager can do their evaluation.
Unlike the Skills Evaluation, the On-the-Job Evaluation is one of the daily responsibilities of the Coach/FLM.
