On-the-job Evaluation - Process Flow

Now, let's look at what an On-the-Job Evaluation process looks like from a Coach and Coachee's perspective.

  1. Log in as a Coach User

  2. Click on ADD COACHING Button

  3. Select On-The-Job Evaluation mission

  4. Select User

  5. Click on the Save button

  6. The user should be redirected back to Coach Console.

  7. On-The-Job Evaluation Mission should be visible in the Draft Status.

  8. Click on the On-The-Job Evaluation mission.

  9. Coach User should be redirected to On The Job Evaluation Page

10. Select Customer from Select Customer Type picklist

11. Be Best guidelines

12. Coach feedback on the particular section

13. Add Action on the particular section

14. At least 2 of 5 Sections need to be filled in before you will be able to proceed further

15. Click on the NEXT STEP button

16. Coach User should be redirected to Summary Page

17. Actions Created during the On The Job Evaluation should be visible in My New Actions Card

18. Coach can add additional comments to On The Job Evaluation

19. Click on SUBMIT COACHING button

20. User should be redirected back to Coach Console

21. On The Job Evaluation after Coach Evaluation should be visible in Completed Tab

22. On The Job Evaluation after the Coach Evaluation should be in Confirmed Status

23. Log in as a Coachee User

24. On The Job Evaluation after Coach Evaluation should be visible in Completed Tab

25. On The Job Evaluation after the Coach Evaluation should be in Confirmed Status

26. Action created by Coach should be visible in Open Tab in Actions Card

27. Click on On The Job Evaluation

28. Coachee User should be redirected to On The Job evaluation Page

29. Coachee User should be able to review the On The Job evaluation

30. Coachee User should not be able to edit this form
