Video Not Playing

Issue

Embedded video is not playing although the file is distributed to the iPad and was fully downloaded. 

Cause 

It is possible that the uploader simply renamed the file extension instead of converting the video file. This causes the issue for embedded videos.  

Solution 

Download the source file of the video (double click on thumbnail in the Pitcher Admin) rename to the initial file extension and let Pitcher Admin convert the video from its initial state. 

Videos embedded directly in the PowerPoint will not play. It needs to be uploaded separately in the Pitcher Admin and use the hotspot for embedding the video.
