Unplanned calls Management in Android

Starting Unplanned Call

Sometimes it may be required that a sales representative has to execute an unplanned call. To begin tap Start or Start Meeting button and then tap on Unplanned Call

Select the account

After tapping on unplanned button account selection window will open where account needs to be selected. Tap on the account.

Select Contact

After account has been selected, select the contact and tap Start Call to go back to the homescreen.

The call will get started any other call. Present the content and tap End Meeting to finish the call when done.
