Time zone / Safari Privacy Issue

Issue 

The download appears to be happening too fast (progress bar moving less than 1sec per document) with the home screen appearing empty (no documents). After app restart the download popup appears again with the same fast download effect. 

 A common source for this issue are the time zone settings or privacy settings. Make sure they are set as outlined in the screenshots below:
