The content download doesn't move forward in windows

The issue is usually reported as:

  1. The user initiates a content download, but it does not move forward, so the user tries Delete the current contents and instance option in the Impact settings. 

  2. The user starts Pitcher Impact again, and a download prompt message is displayed and the user clicks Yes.

  3. The download status window appears, but it does not move forward.

 

Solutions:  

  • The user restarts the Windows device and initiates the content download.

  • If the device is working on batteries and battery saver mode is set, either power management mode should be changed or the device should be plugged into power.
