Test Camera VOIP/Support
The panel can also be used to test camera/VOIP support. The sales representatives can perform tests to check the quality of connection with the server, internet connectivity, audio, and video quality.
Basic Test
On clicking the panel the sales representative will be redirected to a new window which will begin the basic test.

Advanced Test
The advanced test offers additional features as compared to the basic test. In order to initiate the advanced test the user has to click on the option Advanced Test as shown in the image below.

It will take some time for the test to complete.

On completion it will display the results for the following
Hardware & Software Setup results

Connectivity to Servers Results

Video Quality Results

Audio Quality Results

Save The Test Results
The advanced test results can be saved as simple text. Clicking on Save the data as simple text will open a Precall result summary window and the entire summary can be copied.
