Survey Keywords

This page provides an overview about the keywords that can be used with a survey to perform specific action.

System Keywords (Survey)

  • System:FeedbackSurvey - When remote meeting ends at Pitcher Connect, this survey appears on HCP side.

  • System:OncePerCustomer - Prevents multiple entries for the same contact during the same session.

  • System:SurveyContactSelection - This keyword allows to send the survey to selected contacts in Pitcher Admin.

  • System:SurveyOnce - Surveys can be completed once and results will be saved as final, for reps and HCPs. Survey should disappear or shouldn’t allow the user to open after completion.
