Reset Chrome Permissions

What to do if camera or mic access was not allowed

If access to the device’s camera and mic was accidentally denied and it is required to reset the browser permissions.  

How to reset the Chrome’s permissions 

1. From the Dashboard or the waiting room, click the lock icon in search bar.

2. Open Site settings. 
   

   

3. Select Reset Permissions.
   

   

4. Return to your Dashboard or the waiting room and refresh the page.

5. You'll be asked to allow access to your camera & mic and be sure to select Allow.
