Repush File

This page provides an overview on how to Repush a File to a Pitcher Admin user using Pitcher Reporting. Repush File is not a report that can be downloaded. Instead it provides an option to repush an already existing file to the users to whom the file is distributed already. Repush prompts all users who have access to the file to be prompted with the download action in the next launch of the instance that the file belongs to. It is used for troubleshooting purposes where some users are unable to see the correct version of the file

Repush File to a User

To Repush a file to the users follow these steps:

1. Select the Repush File tab from the top navigation.

2. Enter the File ID of the file you need to repush.

3. Click on Repush button to repush the file.

A message “PUSHED” will appear on the screen when the file is repushed to the users successfully.
