Push Message Report

This page provides knowledge on how to access and download Push Message Report in Pitcher Reporting. It allows the user to download a .csv report that contains the push messages sent to a user from an instance in Pitcher Admin.

Accessing Push Message Report

To generate and download Push Message Report:

1. Click on Push Message Reports tab.

2. Select the instance for which report need to be downloaded. Multiple instances can be selected to download report of push messages sent from the selected instances.

3. Click on Generate Report button to generate & download the report.

Push Message Report Data

The downloaded Push Message Report contains the following data:

• App Name - This specifies the name of the instance from which the push message has been sent

• Sender - This specifies the user who sent the push message

• Message - This specifies what message has been sent to the recipient

• Date & Time (UTC) - This specifies the date & time in UTC when the message was sent

• Recipient - This specifies the recipient user device to whom the message was sent
