Pitcher Zero Drive Reports

This page provides knowledge on how to access and download Pitcher Zero Drive Reports from Pitcher Reporting. Pitcher Zero Drive Report provides data on the Instances/Users that have used Pitcher Zero URL functionality to send content from Pitcher Impact to recipient email addresses.

Access Pitcher Zero Drive Report

To generate Zero Drive Reports please follow these steps:

1. Select the Zero Drive Reports tab from the top navigation

2. Select the instance(s) from the list of instances

3. Select the user if you want to download report for specific users only. If no user is selected then the report will be generated for all the users who have used Pitcher Zero Drive.

4. Select the period for which report to be generated by selecting Start Date & End Date

5. Click on the Generate Report button to download the report.

Zero Drive Report Data

The Pitcher Zero Drive Data Report contains the following Data:

• User Id - It describes the user id of the user who have used Pitcher Zero URL to send content.

• User Name - It lists the username of the user who has sent the content

• File Id - It lists the id of the file/document that has been sent by the user

• File Name - It lists the file name that has been sent to a recipient user

• Is Deleted - It lists out the file whether it has been deleted from Pitcher Admin or not

• Sender Email - It lists out the sender email address

• Receiver Email - It lists out the receiver email address

• Link Creation Date (UTC) - It lists out the link creation date for the document shared

• Link Last Sent Date (UTC) - It lists out the date for the last link created for the document shared

• Status - It describes the status of the file shared

• User - It lists out the username of the recipient user

• Action Date (UTC) - It lists out the date on which the action has been taken by the recipient user to download the file

• Link - It lists out the content link created by sender
