Pitcher Remote - Issues/Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with Pitcher and think it could be a Pitcher related issues we need the following information in order to investigate the issue: 

 

  • Instance 

  • User (Device) Name

  • App Version (Settings -> Pitcher (or App name) -> Pitcher Framework Settings)

  • Content ID/Name (if applicable)

  • Reproduction Steps

 

The reproduction steps are essential for us to investigate the problem. If you are not able to reproduce the issue make sure you have executed the usual steps in order to avoid issues: 

 

 

  • Make sure you have minimum 2 GB free storage on the device (Settings → General → About → Available)
     

  • Make sure you don't have more than 2 simultaneous applications running (Quit apps using the instructions from the URLs above if you see more than two applications are open)
     

  • Try turning on Airplane Mode to ensure no slow Wi-Fi is delaying the startup process of the app due to delayed sync
     

  • If the issue persists restart your device: http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/assistant/ipad/#section_1
