Pitcher Impact Stops responding when working with PDFs

If Pitcher freezes or crashes while working with PDF files, this may be due to the following:

Problem: PDF file created in print quality

The PDF file in question was exported/created in print quality before uploading to Pitcher Impact. In some cases print quality PDFs use too much device RAM which causes Impact app to crash. This is the most common reason for a PDF file crashing.

Solution: Export the PDF file in web quality rather than print quality, then re-upload.

Problem: PDF created using colors other than RGB

The PDF file was exported/created using a different color code than RGB.

Solution: Export using RGB color code, then re-upload.

Impact App has been optimized to accommodate these problems and facilitate smooth presentations. If a crash occurs anyway, try the steps mentioned above. If the PDF file continues to make the application crash then please contact Pitcher support and send the Pitcher file ID for that PDF.
