Pitcher Admin Users Report

This page provides knowledge on how to access and download Pitcher Admin Users Report from Pitcher Reporting. The report generally contains the data on the Admin Users for a particular instance such as Email, Username, First Name, Last Name, Access Role and last login date & time.

Access Pitcher Admin Users Report

In order to generate Pitcher Admin Users report follow these steps:

1. Select the Pitcher Admin Users tab from top navigation.

2. Select the instance(s) from the list of instances. The selected instance(s) will appear in the box on the right side.

3. Click on Generate Report button to generate the report.

Pitcher Admin Users Data

The report will be downloaded in the form of an excel sheet. The report contains the following columns:

• Instance Name/App Name - This column lists the instance name to which the user is assigned to

• Email - This column lists the User’s email address

• Username - This column lists the username of the user. In case there is no username then it lists the email of the user.

• First Name - This column lists the First Name of the user

• Last Name - This column lists the last name of the user

• Access Role - This column describes whether the user has limited access or complete access to the Pitcher Admin for that particular instance(s)

• Last Login (UTC) - This column lists the last login date & time of the user
