PDF Summary for Drops, Requests, and Adjustments

A PDF Summary is generated in SFDC for eligible drops, requests, and adjustments a Sales Rep makes.

The PDF summary contains:

Sales representative’s name
Address
Sections for different action types with Inventory information like Product Name, Lot #, Quantity, and New Quantity, Reason for adjustments
Date of the action
Signature of the Rep

The location of the PDF can differ based on transaction type and if the Questionnaire is included. Refer to this table to know where to find the PDF in SFDC for specific Rep actions:
