Minimum System Requirements
It is not a necessity to have a good experience to run Pitcher Connect. Pitcher Team has designed the application to work with minimum system requirements.
System Requirements
For Desktop and Laptops
To have a successful call with the customer while using a computer, the sales representative should have:
A Mac/PC/Linux/Chromebook with camera, microphone, and speakers.
A very good Internet connection with at least 2MBPS download and upload speeds (check the Internet speed here).
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari 11+ (latest release versions)
The latest operating systems, such as Windows 10, Windows 11, MacOS Catalina or Monterey, to obtain the latest versions of the browsers listed above.
Javascript enabled.
TCP ports 80 and 443 open.
It is highly recommended to have speed above 10-15 mbps to have a better experience.
If javascript is not enabled by default, the sales representative will get notification to enable it in the browser.
Sometimes firewalls will block TCP ports, in case of connection issue at the workplace contact the IT team and have the firewalls checked for the port blockage.
For iOS and Android Devices
Use Safari 12+ (latest version of iOS) for iOS devices
Google Chrome for android devices
Unsupported Devices
The following are not compatible with Pitcher Connect:
Amazon Kindle and other e-readers
Voice-controlled smart speakers such as Alexa or Google Assistant
