Important Pitcher functionalities such as Login, File Upload, and others might fail if your network does now allow connecting to the required domains. Please ensure the following domains are whitelisted in your network settings:

Make sure to add whitelisting rules to both HTTP (80) and HTTPS (443) ports.

  • *.pitcher.com

  • *.edetailing.ch

  • *.cloudfront.net

  • *.s3.amazonaws.com
