Double Opt-in Consent

Any consent can be defined as requiring a double Opt-in consent based on market regulation. This process allows the customer to confirm that Consent captured in a F2F meeting has been captured correctly by the Sales Rep.

The following flow describes the double opt-in process.

To enable that process Double Opt-in flag at the consent topic level needs to be set up as a flag.

Send a Double Opt-in Email

After completing a F2F consent, if the consent has been flagged as double opt-in, an email is sent automatically to the customer with a link to confirm the consent.
