Device Code Reports

This page provides knowledge on how to access and download Device Code Reports from Pitcher Reporting. The Device Code Report contains the complete list of existing Device Codes generated per instance. These codes are used to give access to device/users to specified instance for a defined time period.

Access Device Code Reports

To generate Device Code Reports please follow these steps:

1. Select the Device Code Reports tab from the top navigation.

2. Select the instance(s) for which report to be generated. The selected instance(s) will appear in the box on the right hand side.

3. Click on Generate Report button to download the report.

Device Code Reports Data

The report will be downloaded in the form of an excel sheet. The report contains the following columns:

• Unique Code - This column lists the existing device codes generated for instance(s)

• Expiry Date (UTC) - This column lists the date & time of expiry for a device code

• Metadata (Device/Group Keywords) - This column lists the metadata i.e., User Group Keywords added to a device code

• Instance(s) - This column lists the name of the instance(s) for which access is given by the device code
