Creating and Sending Push Messages

This page provides an overview about creating and sending push messages in Pitcher Admin. You can create and send Push Messages to all or any user in an instance. Push Messages are sent as a notification to a user registered in Pitcher Admin.

Creating a Push Message

In order to create a Push Message click on Push Messages tab and a window for creating Push Messages will open. Then follow these steps:

Once the window appears for creating the message follow these steps to create and send push message:

1. Fill the text area with your message.

2. Select a user device. You can either select a single user device or multiple devices to whom you want to send push message.

3. Once the message is created and user device selected click on “Send Message” button to send the message.

4. Click on “Reset” button if you want to reset the message or select a different user device. The “Reset” button will erase the message and deselect the user device(s).
