Consent SFDC Specifications
Consent Management is triggered from the Pitcher Impact Mobile or Windows App that allows you to send any consent to your customer to be captured and increase your consent capture rating.

Double Opt-in Consent Flow

Customer’s Consent Log Record
Once the consent is triggered from the PITCHER Impact, the Consent Log record will be available in CRM from a tracking perspective with all the technical information stamped. The following fields will be automatically generated
Status:
Email Sent
Reminder Sent
Completed: Status as completed indicates that the consent has been accepted by the customer. (At least one Opt-in channel has been accepted)
Revoked: status revoked indicates that the consent has been revoked by the customer. (All channels are Opt-out)
Signed Date: Date when the document has been accepted
Revoked Date: The date when the document has been revoked
Consent Capture: Remote will be the value for consents captured in person.
In addition to the Consent Management record, a pdf that includes the Customer's signature will be attached and linked to the record.

Remote Consent Email
An email is sent automatically to the customer with a link to complete the consent.

Complete Remote Consent
The customer needs to complete the Consent and Submit it.
Since version 2.1, if Consent contains an Email channel, the email value will be automatically prefilled from the payload link.


Double Opt-in Email
After completing a F2F consent, if the consent has been flagged as double opt-in, an email is sent automatically to the customer with a link to confirm the consent.

Customer’s Consent Management Record
Once the customer completes the consent, the Consent Management record will be available in CRM from a tracking perspective with all the information confirmed by the customer. The following fields will be automatically generated
Status:
Completed: Status as completed indicates that the consent has been accepted by the customer. (At least one Opt-in channel has been accepted)
Revoked: status revoked indicates that the consent has been revoked by the customer. (All channels are Opt-out)
