Admin Keywords

This page gives an overview about the keywords used in Pitcher Admin. Keywords are used in Pitcher Admin to enable specific actions on the documents they are assigned to. Keywords can be added while uploading a document.

System Keywords

  1. System:Templates - This keyword is used to upload email templates for Connect and Multichannel projects. This doesn't cover system templates that send ZeroDrive links or other things from Impact, those are still on the PHP side. This tag has to be added on the upload form, it doesn't work if it is added after the conversion.

  2. System:AdminTemplates - Use this keyword to enable the Template to be selectable from Pitcher Admin for "Push Messages".

  3. System:PreservePresentation - You can add System:PreservePresentation as a keyword during upload time and it will preserve everything except animations (animations will still be resized to 4x3). This keyword can be made default per instance/customer.

  4. System:PDFPresentation - Upload a PDF file and tag it with System:PDFPresentation and conversion engine will make a PPTX and HTML out of it, so chapters can be added.

  5. System:RemoveAnimations - By using this keyword (only to be used in combination with System:PreservePresentation), animations are removed by the conversion engine.

  6. System:AllowDownload - This keyword creates a button on the thumbnail in Client Portal (or a new option under Action where new Client Portal UI is deployed). File can be downloaded to the Client's computer. It uses ZeroDrive structure, so it will open a new download page and the Client needs to go to the new tab. They can also download by opening the file and using the hamburger menu at the top right.

    1. Presentations, PDFs, and videos are supported.

    2. Reps can download these files, too. They need to open the document and use the hamburger menu at the top right.

    3. We need to make Admins aware that once something is downloaded, we lose the capability to keep it up-to-date and tracking activities in Client's harddrive.

    4. This can be captured as Pitcher Multichannel Activity in SFDC - "Content Downloaded".

  7. System:AllowRepDownload - This keyword allows reps to download the content, not Clients. They need to open the document and use the hamburger menu at the top right.

  8. System:PatientContent - This keyword allows clients to share the document with their clients/patients. It creates a new button on the thumbnail on Client portal (or a new option under Action where new Client Portal UI is deployed). When the user clicks on it, it opens a pop-up with a link and QR Code. Visitor/Patient can read the QR code via a smartphone camera and download the file on his/her device. This is a digital handout. User experience will be updated in the new Client Portal UI, so it may differ. This can be captured as Pitcher Multichannel Activity in SFDC - "Content shared with anonymous user".

  9. System:FeedbackSurvey - can be added to surveys. The survey that has this keyword is prompted to the Clients in Client Portal after a remote meeting is finalized by the rep.

Each instance can only have 1 survey with this keyword. File distribution should be selected as "All devices" and multiple surveys cannot be created with different distributions.

  10. Disable_annotations: This keyword can be added to the presentation document. Using this keyword disables the annotations in the presentation.

  11. Skip_annotation_save: This keyword can be used in the presentation document. Using this keyword allows annotations but never saves the annotations.

  12. Ask_annotation_save: This keyword also can be used in presentation and allows annotations. However this keyword asks to save the annotations.

  13. SkipCompression: This keyword makes the conversion engine skip optimization (used for PDF & Videos)

  14. Crm_only: This keyword can be used with files or documents that can be shared only when connected to CRM.

  15. Call_only: This keyword can be used with files or documents that can be shared only during a call or meeting.

PDF Keywords for Annotations (iOS only)

In iOS you can easily control the annotation capability of PDF files by adding a keyword to it.

Following are the keywords that can be used to control the annotations in PDF:

  • disable_annotations: Disables annotations in the PDF.

  • skip_annotation_save: This keyword allows annotations but it does not save the annotations in the document.

  • ask_annotation_save: This keyword allows annotations. It always asks before saving the annotations in the document.
