Accounts Management in Online Mode

The zero card provides the feature for account management in the Impact application. However, users can also manage accounts in the CRM portal using the View Online feature available in the zero cards.

To manage accounts on the CRM portal, tap on the View Online option after opening the zero card.

A new login window will appear in the browser, validate it using the CRM credentials and the dashboard will appear as shown below.

Tap on the small downward arrow or v icon as shown below. A set of menus will open for the user to manage accounts.
